In a role that started as a three‑month contract, and turned into a permanent position, I was hired by BT to help establish the first squad in their new Agile approach to working across the digital design studio. As the lead UI‑focused product designer within the Customer Retention squad, my role initially involved coordinating and delivering BT.com homepage updates on a weekly basis, and collaborating regularly with the acquisition team to help deliver the full storefront experience. I later transferred onto the TV & Sport Sales squad, creating user‑centred landing pages and experiences for existing BT customers. We regularly iterated our designs based on our user research and testing – constantly striving to provide the best experience possible for customers.
